摘要：NOVELTY - Use of fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (I) for the preparation of vaccines for protecting fish against pathogenic bacterial infection, is claimed. USE - (I) is useful for the preparation of vaccines for protecting fish against pathogenic bacterial infection, where the pathogenic bacteria include Edwardsiella tarda, Vibrio anguillarum, Aeromonas hydrophila, Vibrio Harveyi and Vibrio alginolyticus (claimed), and preventing Edwardsiellosis. ADVANTAGE - (I) has good immunogenicity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) the vaccine comprising (I) and an immune adjuvant; and (2) a kit comprising the vaccine.
