摘要:比较了几种用来快速评价聚乙烯管材耐慢速裂纹增长(SCGR)性能的关联参数,如应力强度因子、裂纹增长初始时间、裂纹加速段初始速率、自然拉伸率、应变硬化模量、单层片晶表面积、系带分子主要结构参数(PSP2)、缠结相对分子质量等,并剖析了这些参数与聚烯烃管材SCGR性能的相关程度。其中,应变硬化模量,PSP2与聚乙烯管材的SCGR性能关联性较好,这些可以为新型管材专用树脂的研发和性能评价提供参考。
Some correlation parameters used for rapid evaluation on the slow crack growth resistance(SCGR)of polyethylene pipe were compared,which include the stress intensity factor,time for fracture initiation,initial rate of crack growth,natural drawing ratio(NDR),strain hardening modulus,lamella surface area,primary structure parameter of tie molecule(PSP2),and molecular weight between entanglements.The contribution of the parameters to SCGR of polyolefin tubing was investigated as well.The results show that the strain hardening modulus and PSP2 have good correlation with the SCGR of polyolefin pipe,which provides reference for the development and performance evaluation on pipe materials.
