摘要:The ZSM-5 zeolites with different particle sizes were synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), pyridine adsorption infrared (Py-IR) spectrometer, 27Al-nuclei magnetic resonance (27-Al NMR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effects of the methanol partial pressure and the ZSM-5 zeolite particle size on the reaction of methal to propylene were investigated. The results showed that the propylene selectivity and mass fraction of propylene to ethylene (P/E) were higher with lower methanol partial pressure and smaller ZSM-5 particle size. The propylene yield and P/E were 44.1% and 8.8 respectively, over catalyst Z-0.6 with particle size 0.6 μm at 470°C under the methanol partial pressure 0.01 MPa.
