摘要:对二乙苯脱氢制取二乙烯基苯进行了热力学分析和反应特性研究。采用Benson基团贡献法计算了间、对位二乙苯一步脱氢反应r1和二步脱氢反应r2的标准摩尔焓变(ΔrH■m)、标准摩尔Gibbs自由能(ΔrG■m)及平衡常数(K■P)。结果表明:间、对位二乙苯脱氢热力学性质相近,脱氢反应r1和r2的ΔrH■m一致;相同温度下,脱氢反应r1的ΔrG■m小于脱氢反应r2、K■P大于脱氢反应r2。采用工业GS-11脱氢催化剂,考察了工艺条件对二乙苯的脱氢反应特性的影响,结果表明:温度越高、体积空速越低、水比越大、压力越低,二乙苯的转化率和二乙烯基苯的选择性越高、乙基乙烯苯的选择性越低;在常压、温度630℃、水比5∶1、空速1.0 h^(-1)的条件下,二乙苯脱氢反应的转化率为82.02%、乙基乙烯苯的选择性为30.97%、二乙烯基苯的选择性为55.43%。实验结果显示间、对位二乙苯脱氢反应r1的性能基本一致,对乙基乙烯苯较间乙基乙烯苯更容易发生脱氢反应r2,且活化能比间乙基乙烯苯更小。
Thermodynamic analysis and reaction characteristics of dehydrogenation of diethylbenzene(DEB)to divinylbenzene(DVB)were studied.The standard molar enthalpy change(ΔrH■m),standard molar Gibbs free energy change(ΔrG■m)and equilibrium constant(K■P)of this reaction were calculated by Benson group contribution method.The results showed that the thermodynamic properties of dehydrogenation of m-diethylbenzene and p-diethylbenzene are similar,theΔrH■m of r1 and r2 in dehydrogenation reaction is consistent;At the same temperature,theΔrG■m of dehydrogenation reaction r1 is smaller than that of dehydrogenation reaction r2,the K■P of dehydrogenation reaction r1 is larger than that of dehydrogenation reaction r2.The influence of process conditions on the dehydrogenation reaction of diethylbenzene were investigated by using industrial GS-11 dehydrogenation catalyst.The research shows that higher temperature,lower volume space velocity,higher water ratio,and lower pressure result in higher conversion rate of diethylbenzene,better selectivity of divinylbenzene,and lower selectivity of ethylvinylbenzene;Under the conditions of normal pressure,630℃,water/DEB ratio 5∶1 and space velocity 1.0 h^(-1),the conversion rate of diethylbenzene dehydrogenation reaction reaches 82.02%.The selectivities of ethylvinyl-benzene and divinylbenzene are 30.97%,and 55.43%,respectively.The performances of dehydrogenation reaction r1 of m-diethylbenzene and p-diethylbenzene are similar.p-Ethylethylene benzene is more prone to dehydrogenation than m-ethylethylene benzene,and the activation energy is smaller than that of m-ethylethylene benzene.
