摘要：本文从日本知识产权质押融资担保和评估的现状着手,介绍日本融资案例,总结和分析了日本知识产权融资担保和评估的特点以及其产生的原因。并在此基础上,以日本知识产权融资担保为参照,结合我国的知识产权融资发展进程,阐述了在我国开展知识产权融资担保的关键和核心问题所在。
Japan＇s development of intellectual property collateral financing model has also accumulated 10 years of experience. Japan＇s pledge of intellectual property financing is mainly targeted at small and medium enterprises, finance industry, economic and social development in tandem with the performance of the corresponding characteristics. China in recent years has also gradually begun to attach importance to the construction of intellectual property collateral financing model. This paper models on Japanese intellectual property rights related to the characteristics of the financing, as well as discuss issues they face. Regarding China＇s economic situation, it sums up the needs and issues to be attended in China.
