摘要:NOVELTY - Fire-resistance and anti-corrosion coating comprises organic silicone modified acrylic resin emulsion, ammonium polyphosphate, melamine, pentaerythritol, titanium white, expansible graphite, preservative, ceramic filler, defoamer, dispersing agent, plasticizer, and deionized water. The organic silicone is selected from vinyltrimethoxysilane, vinyltriethoxysilane, and/or vinyltributoxysilane. The acrylic ester is a mixed monomer of methylmethacrylate, acrylic acid- beta -propyl acrylate, and butyl acrylate. USE - The coating (C1) is for water-based ultrathin expansion type steel structure (claimed). It is used for fire-resistance protection of various steel structures. ADVANTAGE - The coating (C1) has outstanding fire-resistance performance; and high waterproof performance, acid and alkali resistance, and anti-corrosion performance. It meets the fire-resistance and anti-corrosion requirements of various steel structures; and has good environmental protection effect and easily obtained raw materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Fire-resistance and anti-corrosion coating (C1) comprises (mass%) organic silicone modified acrylic resin emulsion (25.0-34.0), ammonium polyphosphate (10.0-16.0), melamine (8.0-12.0), pentaerythritol (5.0-8.0), titanium white (2.0-3.0), expansible graphite (2.0-5.0), preservative (2.0-4.0), ceramic filler (2.0-4.0), defoamer (0.20-0.50), dispersing agent (0.20-0.50), plasticizer (1.0-3.0), and deionized water (to 100). The fixed content of organic silicone modified acrylic resin emulsion is 42 mass%. The organic silicone is selected from vinyltrimethoxysilane, vinyltriethoxysilane, and/or vinyltributoxysilane. The acrylic ester is a mixed monomer of methylmethacrylate, acrylic acid- beta -propyl acrylate, and butyl acrylate. The ratio of acrylic acid- beta -propyl acrylate to the total amount of methylmethacrylate and butyl acrylate is 5%. The mass ratio of methylmethacrylate to butyl acrylate is 1/1. The preservative is zinc phosphate or aluminum phosphate. The ceramic filler is boric acid, zinc borate, glass fiber, or aluminum silicate. The defoamer is polyoxypropylene glycerol ether. The dispersing agent is methyl cellulose. The thickener is carboxymethylcellulose. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of coating (C1) comprising: (A) grinding ammonium polyphosphate, pentaerythritol, melamine, titanium white, expansible graphite, preservative, and ceramic filler into 200 mesh, with a grinding machine; (B) weighing; adding organic silicone modified acrylic resin emulsion; adding ammonium polyphosphate, pentaerythritol, melamine, titanium white, expansible graphite, preservative, and ceramic filler; adding expansible graphite, dispersing agent, thickener, and defoamer; adding deionized water to reduce the viscosity; and fully grinding and dispersing; (C) placing the obtained material into a ball mill to premix the material at 1000-1500 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 0.5-0.8 hour; (D) placing the premixed material inside the ball mill to grind at high speed of 2000-3000 rpm for 2-3 hours; and (E) filtering and discharging to obtain (C1).
