摘要：NOVELTY - A naphthalimide derivative (I) is new. USE - Compound (I) is used for preparing medicine for treating beta -N-acetylhexosaminidase related diseases (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Compound (I) is simple to synthesize. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A naphthalimide derivative of formula (I) is new. R1=H, 1-4C alkoxy, halo or R4N(R3)-; R3,R4=1-4C alkyl; R2=H, OH or NH2-substituted 1-4C alkyl or -(H2C)m-(X)n-A; m=0-6; n=0-1; X=O, S, NH or -N(H)C(=O)-; A=group of formula (a-i) or (a-ii); R5-R9=H, NO2, 1-4C alkoxy, 1-4C perfluoroalkoxy, halo or formic acid alkyl ester, where combination of any 2 adjacent groups is H, divalent phenyl or group of formula (r-i); and R10-R13=phenyl or naphthyl-substituted 1-4C alkoxy or =O at combination of any 2 or 3 adjacent groups.
