摘要:再制造作为一种可持续发展的技术,是先进制造技术的一个重要组成部分和发展方向.本文根据再制造工程的国内外研究和应用现状,指出再制造机械产品具有利用价值较高和动载工况下的表面损伤失效模式两大特点,并对再制造与维修、再循环的主要区别加以论述,同时对再制造的主要流程进行简单介绍.最后对现行再制造技术中的电弧喷涂技术、纳米复合电刷镀技术、纳米表面损伤自修复技术、微脉冲冷焊技术以及激光熔敷技术作了重点介绍.通过对再制造工程的国内外研究和应用现状、再制造机械产品的特点及现行再制造技术的概述,总结出现行再制造技术主要分为"加法"、"减法"和"替换法"3种,并指出在现行的再制造产品的性能评价中,多集中于产品功能参数的评判,而较少关注产品材料本身的性能变化.
As a technology used for promoting the sustainable development, remanufacturing technology now becomes an important part and developing trend of the advanced manufacturing technology. According to the domestic and international research and application situation, this paper indicates that it has two features :first, an appreciable utilization value, second, an failure model that surface damage under a dynamic loading condition, and it describes the difference among remanufaeturing, maintenance and recycling, and briefly introduces the main remanufacturing process,finally, the current remanufacturing technology such as arc spraying technology,nano-depositing Technology etc. are emphatically introduced also. Through summarizing the domestic and international research and application situation, the features of the remanufacturing products and the current remanufacturing technology, it indicates that the current mainly remanufacturing technologies are “adding remanufacture”,“reducing remanufacture” and “replacing remanufacture”,and it is also indicated that attention are paid to the functional parameter while the material performance is ignored during the evaluation of the performance of the remanufacturing products.
