摘要:The impact of the new crown epidemic on the tourism industry is unprecedented. Research on public facilities in scenic spots has far-reaching significance for the development and operation of the tourism industry in the post-epidemic era, and can help the tourism industry more reasonably adapt to the development needs of the post-epidemic era. Based on the theory of Kansei engineering, this paper collects and screens suitable sensibility vocabulary and samples of public seats in scenic spots, and conducts sensibility evaluation experiments. Through factor analysis, the key factors and related physical elements that affect the sensibility evaluation of seat design are obtained, providing a basis for the design practice of public seats in scenic spots basis. In the end, the main needs of users for seats are summarized into three aspects: (1) sensory factors - special and fun, which mainly affect the appearance style and interactive design of seats; (2) functional factors - durability, sense of security, which mainly affects the functional design of the seat; (3) emotional factors - warmth and comfort, mainly affect the experience of using the seat. ? 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
