摘要：NOVELTY - Amygdalin is extracted and purified from peach kernel by (1) adding peach kernel into ethanol solution with 30-70 vol.% concentration to extract in an extraction device for 1-3 hours under reflux condition, filtering the extraction liquid to obtain filtrate; (2) adsorbing the filtrate on the macroporous adsorption resin at 1 atmosphere and 10-35?OC, desorbing by eluting with water or deionized water and then with ethanol solution having 30-95 vol.% concentration, collecting the eluate, concentrating and drying to obtain the amygdalin. USE - Method for extracting and purifying amygdalin from peach kernel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of providing amygdalin with high purity (more than 60 %). It is environment-friendly, has low cost, and is simple for mass production.
