摘要：在既有研究中,对钉子户的截面式研究集中于抗争政治与利益博弈两大研究范式,忽视了钉子户的整体群像是一个时间现象:"钉"字呈现出钉子户在时间路径的僵持延滞样态,而"拖"是钉子户典型的时间策略。长期钉守让钉子户遭遇生命时间的耗散化、生活秩序的时滞化以及利益延迟兑现的内卷化等时间困境。通过对上海市Q镇三户钉子户的考察,以时间政治的研究视角分析了钉子户长期困于时间里的内在机制,即时间压力的差异化政治、时间权力的微观政治、时间的"长时异化"效应。总的来说,钉子户是一种运用拖延的时间策略对抗征迁政策却遭遇时间异化而陷入时间困境的现象。
For a long time,the cross-sectional research on the nail-households has focused on two research paradigms:protest politics and interest game,ignoring that the overall image of the nail-households is a time phenomenon that″nail″shows the deadlock and delay of the nail-households in the time path,and″delay″is a typical time strategy of the nail-households.Long term nailing makes the nail-households encounter time dilemma such as dissipating of life time,delaying of life order,and involution of delayed realization of interests.Based on the investigation of three nail-households in Q Town of Shanghai,this paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the nail-households trapped in time from the perspective of time politics:the differential politics of time pressure,the micro politics of time power,and the″long-term alienation″effect of time.Generally speaking,the nail-households are a kind of phenomenon that they use the delaying time strategy to fight against the policy of land requisition and relocation,but encounter time alienation and fall into time dilemma.
