摘要：当前,随着我国企业改革和经济结构战略性调整步伐加快,促使利益格局不断调整,我国劳动关系日趋复杂,一方是为生计而奔波的劳动者,另一方是为追求利益最大化的用人单位,双方利益的对立性,使得劳资矛盾日益尖锐,因此而引发的劳资纠纷也大量上升,劳资关系不和谐已成企业和社会的主要矛盾。因此,重视对构建和谐劳动关系法律制度的研究,进而推动和发展和谐劳动关系,具有极其重要的意义。
As the result of enterprises reformation and strategically accelerated adjustment of economic structure, the interests pattern is presently regulated constantly, and the labor relationship in China is becoming more complicated, in which one side is the laborer who are rushing about the living and another is employers who are running after the maximum profits. Conflicts between them go acutely, which results in increasing labor-capital dissension. It has been the main social contravention. It＇s crucial to emphasize the research on the building of Chinese legal system of harmonious labor relationship and improvement the unisonons labor relation.
