摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining a sample with certain temperature. The sample is extracted by organic solvent. A sulfuric acid layer is removed. The sample is concentrated and dissolved to obtain chromatography liquid. The solvent is added into the chromatography liquid. An organic film is filtered to obtain a to-be-analyzed sample. Mass spectrometric detection operation is performed to obtain a negative chemical ion source. Temperature of the chemical ion source is maintained for about 150-200 degrees centigrade. Cutting time and filament ignition time of the ion source are about 3-6 minutes. USE - Polybrominated diphenyl ethers detecting method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving detection sensitivity and stability and ensuring qualitative and quantitative diphenyl ether residue food safety monitoring performance in a reliable manner.
