摘要:产教融合、校企合作是开展专业学位研究生教育的核心途径和必然选择。文章分析了“双一流”建设背景下我国产教融合在合作模式、资源分配、育人平台、协调管理等方面的现状和不足,介绍了课题组与天津(滨海)人工智能创新中心面向国家急迫需要和长远需求,以培养模式和机制探索为重点,在人才培养、平台建设、科技服务、成果转化等多维度深入合作,积极开展基于产教融合的控制工程专业学位研究生培养的探索与实践。
Integration of industry and education and cooperation between schools and enterprises are the core approach and inevitable choice for professional degree postgraduate education.This paper analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of industry-education integration in China in terms of cooperation models,resource allocation,education platforms,and coordinated management in the context of"double first-class"construction.It introduces the exploration and practice between the project group and the Tianjin(Binhai)AI Innovation Center,focusing on meeting urgent national needs and long-term demands,taking training models and mechanisms exploration as the core,actively carrying out the training of control engineering professional degree postgraduate students based on integration of industry and education,from the aspects of talent cultivation,platform construction,technological services,and transformation of results.
