摘要:NOVELTY - Use of indeno triazine compound (I) is claimed. USE - Use of indeno triazine compound as dependent NAD(P)H quinone oxidoreductase substrate for biochemical reagent or drug, redox cycling agent, anticancer agent, radiotherapy sensitizing agent, antibacterial agent and antifungal agent (all claimed). The indeno triazine compound is useful for treating lung cancer, liver cancer, cervical cancer, pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma, oral carcinoma, chronic myelogenous leukemia, colon cancer, brain cancer, stomach cancer and esophageal cancer. ADVANTAGE - The indeno triazine compound has excellent synergistic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Use of indeno triazine compound of formula (I) is claimed. W',V',X,Y',Z=C or N, in which W',V',X,Y' and Z are not C simultaneously; W'+V'+X+Y'+Z=(un)saturated ring; R1-R4=H, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, lower alkylthio, halo or aryl;and adjacent R1-R4=5, 6 or 7 membered carbocyclic ring.
