摘要:采用溶胶-凝胶法对平均孔径为230 nm的α-Al_(2)O_(3)中空纤维陶瓷基膜改性,利用浸渍提拉法制备得到了平均孔径为1.6 nm,切割分子量为4000 Da的γ-Al_(2)O_(3)/α-Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷中空纤维纳滤膜,讨论了操作压力、盐浓度、进料液p H值对膜性能的影响,以及膜对不同无机盐(氯化纳、氯化钙和硫酸钠)与不同染料(506 Da的维多利亚蓝B、408 Da的结晶紫、800 Da的甲基蓝和327 Da的甲基橙)的分离性能。研究结果表明,荷正电的维多利亚蓝B和结晶紫截留率分别为98.2%和96.3%,荷负电的甲基蓝和甲基橙截留率分别为89.7%和35.7%,因而γ-Al_(2)O_(3)/α-Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷中空纤维纳滤膜为荷正电膜。
Aγ-Al2O3/α-Al2O3 ceramic hollow fiber nanofiltration(NF)membrane with a mean pore size of 1.6 nm and a molecular weight cut-off(MWCO)of 4000 Da was prepared by dip-coatingγ-Al OOH sol on ceramic membranes with a mean pore size of 230 nm.The effects of operation parameters including operation pressure,salt concentration and p H of feed solution on membrane performance were investigated.Meanwhile,the retention rates of different inorganic salts(Ca Cl2,Na Cl and Na2SO4)and different dyes(Victoria blue B-506 Da,Crystal violet-408 Da,Methyl blue-800 Da and Methyl Orange-327 Da)in theγ-Al2O3/α-Al2O3 hollow fiber NF membrane were studied.The results show that the retention rates of positively charged Victoria blue B and Crystal violet are 98.2%and 96.3%,respectively,and the retention rates of negatively charged Methyl blue and Methyl orange are 89.7%and 35.7%,respectively.These results indicate that theγ-Al2O3/α-Al2O3 hollow fiber ceramic NF membrane is positively charged.
