摘要：脑卒中是一种急性脑血管疾病,通过认知因素和行为因素的调整可以对原发性和复发性的脑卒中进行有效预防。上海市浦东新区人民医院以“风信子”脑卒中病友俱乐部项目为例,开发干预手册,旨在通过提升自我效能感和强化社会支持,从而提高药物依从性并最终达成降低脑卒中复发率这一远端目标。在此思路基础上,干预手册梳理了疾病和药物知识的教育以及建立支持网络的服务活动,改进了执行方案和关键活动及其要点提示。本项目的成效以及成效产生机制将通过准实验设计进行检验。
Stroke is an acute cerebral vascular disease,which is preventable by changing behavioral and cognitive factors.Taking“Hyacinth Stroke Recovery Club”as an example,the intenention program manual designed by Shanghai PudongNew Area People’s Hospital to increase the chance to survive for recovering poststroke patients,intends to improve self-efficacy for medication and social support,so as to increase drug compliance and finally achieve the long-term goal of reducing stroke re-occurrence rate.Guided by this thought,intervention program manual reviews the education of disease and medication knowledge and service activity to establish support network,improves the execution plan,key activities and hints for the key points.The effect and mechanism for the effect of this program will be assessed through a quasi-experiment design.
