摘要：NOVELTY - Shale oil condensation and recovery method comprises introducing circulating water into a gas tower to drip washing and cooling destructive distillation mixed gas formed by circulating gas and destructive distillation tar gas. The shale oil generated by condensation is discharged as destructive distillation sewage from gas tower outlet with circulating water mixed with oil sludge. The destructive distillation sewage is carried out with dedusting treatment to remove oil sludge in destructive distillation sewage, which is then carried with dewatering treatment to remove the moisture. USE - Shale oil condensation and recovery method for gas tower section of oil shale destructive distillation system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Shale oil condensation and recovery method comprises introducing circulating water into a gas tower to drip washing and cooling destructive distillation mixed gas formed by circulating gas and destructive distillation tar gas. The shale oil generated by condensation is discharged as destructive distillation sewage from gas tower outlet with circulating water mixed with oil sludge. The destructive distillation sewage is carried out with dedusting treatment to remove oil sludge in destructive distillation sewage, which is then carried with dewatering treatment to remove the moisture. The method is further carried out with oil removal and dehydration to acquire the shale oil product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a shale oil condensation and recovery device comprising a gas tower dust extractor (3) which is connected with a bottom water outlet of a gas tower (1); a gas tower dehydrator (4); and an oil-water separation tank (5).
