摘要：NOVELTY - The utility model claims a measuring system for solid phase mass flow in dense phase pneumatic conveying process, comprising a gas supplying module, a solid-phase supply module and a measuring module; a vapour supply module comprises orderly connected a gas bottle, a gas buffer tank and a transfer tank; the gas buffer tank through the first, second and third conveying branch pipe is respectively connected to the middle upper part of the conveying tank; the bottom and the bottom outlet, the first, second and third conveying branch pipe are respectively equipped with a gas flow meter, solid-phase supply module comprises a weighing tank and a weighing device installed on the weighing tank; measuring module comprises a solid mass flowmeter is connected with a venturi tube, venturi tube comprises a contraction section connected in turn, a throat section and an expanding section, wherein the shrinking section and the throat section are respectively provided with a pressure sensor; the shrinking section is further provided with a temperature sensor. The measuring system of the utility model has small equipment investment, low measuring cost, convenient use and operation, and measuring error is within +/ - 10%.
