摘要：NOVELTY - A spiral (benzpyrole oxide-3, 5'oxazoline) heterocyclic compound (I) is new. USE - Spiral (benzpyrole oxide-3, 5'oxazoline) heterocyclic compound for use in a medical field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the spiral (benzpyrole oxide-3, 5'-oxazoline) heterocyclic compound in a simple and rapid manner, improving yield rate and replacing organic solvent with water so as to ensure environmental-friendliness. The method enables increasing mass production of the compound and increasing economical efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A spiral (benzpyrole oxide-3, 5'oxazoline) heterocyclic compound of formula (I) is new. R1=H, 1-6C linear-chain or branched-chain alkyl, 3-8C cycloalkyl, 2-6C alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, aralkyl or aralkenyl; R2=ester, acylamino, nitro or cyanide; R3=H, 1-6C linear-chain or branched-chain alkyl, 2-8C alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, aralkyl, aralkenyl, acyl or carbalkoxy; R4=H or electron-donating groups or electron absorbing groups of methyl, methoxyl, halogen, nitro, trimethyl, cyanide. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a spiral (benzpyrole oxide-3, 5'oxazoline) heterocyclic compound preparation method.
