摘要：中国正处于由传统向现代剧烈转型的过程之中,基于现代性的视域和立场可以看出:中国面临着市场法则盛行、马太效应凸显,工具理性僭越、人的异化,个人主义膨胀、道德危机蔓延,社会风险飙升、社会冲突加剧等秩序困境。中国能否成功实现现代转型,很大程度上取决于社会秩序是否能够合理重建。因此,中国要以公平正义为基石,以制度、信任、共识为三重维度,在此基础上重建新的社会秩序。
China is transforming from the traditional to the modern society. Based on the modern horizon and position, China is facing with the following dilemma： the market discipline prevails and the Matthew effect highlights; the arrogation of tool rationality and alienation of human beings; the individualism expands and the moral crisis spreads; the social risk is soaring and the social conflict is speeding up. If China can realize the modern transformation successfully depend largely on reasonable reconstruction of social order. Because of this, China must build a new social order based on fairness and justice, and need to regard the institution, trust, consensus as three dimensions
