摘要：发展中国家的经济发展是人类和平与发展进程中的一大问题。长时间以来,发展中国家经济远远落后于发达国家,相当一部分发展中国家的人民仍然生活在贫困化状态下。巨大的差异蕴含着不安定,威胁着世界的和平与发展。在经济全球化条件下,发展中国家的经济成长问题的解决,不仅发展中国家要努力,也需要发达国家付出努力。其途径就是加强南北合作。这种合作并不仅对一方有利,而是惠泽双方,有利于世界和平与发展。因此南北合作应该是平等的、互利的和共赢的。
Economic development in developing countries is a prominent issue in the process of peace and development of mankind. Economies of developing countries fall behind developed countries for a long time and the people of most developing countries live in the situation of poverty. Tremendous disparities mean instability and threaten world peace and development. Under the circumstances of economic globalization, resolving the issues about economic growth of developing countries need efforts not only of developing countries but also of developed ones. The resolution is to strengthen the South-North cooperation which is useful to both sides and also favorable to the peace and development of the world. Therefore the cooperation should be equal, the mutually benefited and win-win.
