摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves synthesizing material with certain aperture. The synthesized porous material is acrylamide porous material and methacrylate porous material. The surface of porous material is modified with strong adsorption capacity. The porous material is provided with object having selective adsorption ability. The metal nanometer particle sol is combined in a reaction solution to make nanoparticles on the surface of porous material. The material is placed in the reaction solvent to obtain enhanced Raman spectrum. USE - Method for fixing metal particle producing surface enhanced Raman spectrum substrate on porous high molecular polymer surface. ADVANTAGE - The Raman signal is stable and uniform, so that detection sensitivity of the measured object can be improved effectivley.
