摘要:用超声分散的方法将γ-Fe2O3超微粒分散于硬脂酸/正己烷/氯仿溶液中,用LB膜进行有序组装,结果显示:γ-Fe2O3超微粒能够均匀地分散在有机溶剂中,γ-Fe2O3超微粒/硬脂酸单分子膜的成膜性能良好,覆盖度很高;γ-Fe2O3超微粒超微粒/硬脂酸复合LB膜具有一定的层状结构;用LB膜技术组装后,γ-Fe2O3,超微粒的磁特性基本保持不变。
The γ - Fe2 O3 ultrafine particles were dispersed in the solutions of straric acid/n -hexane/chloroform by the ultrasonic method, and fabricated by the Langmuir - Blodgett film technology. The results showed;The γ - Fe2O3 ultrafine particles were uniformly dispersed in orangic solvents, the film - forming characterization of the γ - Fe2 O3 ultrafine particles/stearic acid monolayer was fine,the coverage degree was very high,and the γ - Fe2O3 ultrafine particles/stearic acid composite film had a litde lamellar - structure. The magnetism characterization of the γ - Fe2O3 ultrafine particles remained after being fabricated by LB film technology.
