摘要:在聚乳酸/马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(PLA/PE-g-MA)体系中添加环氧扩链剂ADR进行熔融共混,研究了ADR含量对PLA/PE-g-MA共混体系的熔体扭矩、分子量、微观形貌和力学性能的影响。结果表明:ADR对PLA/PE-g-MA体系具有反应性增容作用,有效改善了体系的界面相容性,使分散相粒径显著减小,材料的韧性明显提高,其断裂伸长率最高可达320%。
The blends of polylactide/maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene(PLA/PE-g-MA) with different amount of epoxy chain extender ADR were prepared via the melt blending process. The effects of ADR quantities on the viscosity of the melts, molecular weight of PLA, morphology and mechanical properties of the blend system were studied. The results show that, ADR can improve the compatibility of PLA and PE-g-MA by reactive compatibilization, decrease the dimension of dispersed phase significantly, and increase the toughness of the PLA/PE-g-MA system(the maximum elongation at break of the PLA/PE-g-MA/ADR blends can be up to 320%).
