摘要:NOVELTY - Catalyst comprises 20-95 wt.% aluminum oxide, 0.1-50 wt.% nickel oxide, 0.1-20 wt.% silicon dioxide, 0.1-20 wt.% fluoride and 0.5-35 wt.% sulfate, where aluminum oxide is derived from hydrated aluminum oxide, and/or gamma-aluminum oxide, nickel oxide is derived from water soluble salt containing metal nickel, e.g. nickel nitrate, nickel sulfate aqueous solution, silicon dioxide is derived from silicon element soluble salt e.g. potassium silicate, sodium silicate, and/or aqueous solution of ammonium fluorosilicate. USE - The catalyst is useful in ether cleavage to prepare olefin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has simple preparation method, low cost, high methanol selectivity and improved liquid space velocity of up to 2-10 times. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Catalyst comprises 20-95 wt.% aluminum oxide, 0.1-50 wt.% nickel oxide, 0.1-20 wt.% silicon dioxide, 0.1-20 wt.% fluoride and 0.5-35 wt.% sulfate, where aluminum oxide is derived from hydrated aluminum oxide, and/or gamma-aluminum oxide, nickel oxide is derived from water soluble salt containing metal nickel, e.g. nickel nitrate, nickel sulfate aqueous solution, silicon dioxide is derived from silicon element soluble salt e.g. potassium silicate, sodium silicate, and/or aqueous solution of ammonium fluorosilicate, fluoride is halogen fluoride, derived from fluoride aqueous soluble e.g. hydrofluoric acid, ammonium fluoride, sodium fluoride aqueous solution, sulfate is derived from aqueous soluble sulfates e.g. sulfuric acid, ammonium sulfate, and/or ammonium bisulfate aqueous solution. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing catalyst comprising immersing aqueous solution of aluminum oxide in configured salt containing nickel metal for 1-8 hours, filtering, drying at 80-180 degrees C for 2-10 hours, then calcining at 300-800 degrees C for 2-10 hours to obtain nickel oxide/aluminum oxide, then adding solution containing silicon element and dipping fluoride for 1-8 hours, filtering, drying, then calcining at 200-800 degrees C for 2-8 hours to obtain silicon dioxide/fluoride/nickel oxide/aluminum oxide, adding obtained silicon dioxide/fluoride/nickel oxide/aluminum oxide into aqueous solution containing sulfate, filtering, drying at 200-800 degrees C and roasting for 2-10 hours to obtain final product.
