摘要:We present the design of wavelength-tuning beam steerer with a large steering angle based on silicon-on-insulator. A large steering angle of 57° for a 20 nm wavelength shift was obtained in simulation. ? 2019 The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE).
