摘要:聚三唑树脂是一种新型高性能热固性树脂,为满足高精度构件要求,本研究首先合成了二乙炔基双酚A型苯并噁嗪(BA-apa),并利用BA-apa,N,N,N',N'-四炔丙基-4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷(TPDDM)与4,4'-联苯二苄基叠氮(BPDBA)的点击加成反应合成了一种含苯并噁嗪结构的低固化收缩聚三唑(BAPTA)树脂。通过改变BA-apa与TPDDM的比例,合成了两种不同的BAPTA树脂。研究了树脂加工特性、聚合过程的固化收缩率、固化树脂的力学性能及热性能。研究结果表明,BAPTA树脂可在较低温度(80℃)下固化成型;固化完全后,树脂的固化收缩率可低至1.81%;固化BAPTA树脂的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)高于250℃,氮气中5%失重时的热分解温度(Td5)高于340℃;树脂浇铸体常温下的弯曲强度高于120MPa。
Polytriazoles are a new kind of thermosetting resins with high performances.In order to meet the requirements of high-precision components,a bisphenol A type benzoxazine containing ethynyl functional groups(BA-apa)was firstly synthesized and then polytriazole resins containing benzoxazine structure(BAPTA)with low curing shrinkage were further synthesized by a click addition reaction of BA-apa,N,N,N',N'-tetrapropargyl-4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane(TPDDM)and 4,4'-biphenyl dibenzyl azide(BPDBA).Two different BAPTA resins were obtianed by changing the ratio of Ba-apa to TPDDM.Processing behaviors of the resins,volume shrinkage during the polymerization,mechanical properties and thermal behaviors of the cured resins were investigated.Results show that BAPTA resins can be cured at a low temperature(80℃).After the curing crosslinking reaction is completed,the total volume shrinkage of the resins arrives at as low as 1.81%.The cured BAPTA resins possess good thermal performances.5%weight loss temperature(N2)of the cured resins and their glass transition temperature are higher than 340℃ and 250℃,respectively.Flexural strength of the cured BAPTA resins reaches 120 MPa.
