摘要：详细介绍了一种改善旋转止回阀密封面性能的镍基堆焊工艺。针对阀体密封面的结构,设计了特殊焊接工艺,精确地完成了堆焊过程,达到厂家设计要求。
The process of Ni-alloy build-up welding to improve the valve＇s sealing face was introduced. Weld processing was particularly designed on the base of the structure of the sealing face, and then an automatic welding machine and control system has been made to perform the complex welding process. The result of experiences meets well with the demand of the project.
