摘要：运用产权制度的分析方法揭示城市建筑遗产产权失灵的原因,并进一步提出解决办法:建构功能与类型结合的多元共存的产权形式,构筑基于产权明晰的保护规划设计方法。
By analysis of property rights institution, this paper reveals the cause of the failure of property rights of urban buildings heritage and comes up with relevant resolution： to establish diversified coexistent property rights mode, which links function with type, and to set up conservation planning based on clear ownership.
