摘要：NOVELTY - Trichosanthin (TCS) fusion protein comprises transmembrane peptide and TCS, where transmembrane peptide is selected from ADP ribosylation factor, human beta-defensin-3 and twin-arginine translocation. USE - Trichosanthin (TCS) fusion protein used preparing medicine for treating tumor such as human cervical carcinoma cells, human non-small cell lung cancer cells, human highly metastatic lung cells, human liver cancer cells, human embryonic lung cells or melanoma cells (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The trichosanthin fusion protein promotes crossing ability of trichosanthin through cell membrane into cell, and enhances anti-tumor activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing TCS fusion protein, which involves: (A) constructing recombinant plasmid containing human beta-defensin-3, TCS and linker peptide; (B) inserting the obtained recombinant plasmid into Escherichia coli strain BL21; and (C) separating and purifying obtained fusion protein.
