摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing substituted dienes from crotonic acid derivative involves preparing (3E)-1,3-butadiene (I) under action of organic alkali and Lewis acid in presence of carbonyl derivative (II) and propene derivative (III), and subjecting to condensation reaction at (-)30-90 degrees C in non-proton organic solvent. USE - Method for preparing substituted dienes from crotonic acid derivative. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare substituted dienes from crotonic acid derivative that is suitable for industrial amplification, and has high utilization rate of atom, wide substrate application range and good industrialization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing substituted dienes from crotonic acid derivatives involves preparing (3E)-1,3-butadiene of formula (I) under action of organic alkali and Lewis acid in presence of carbonyl derivative of formula (II) and propene derivative of formula (III), and subjecting to condensation reaction at (-)30-90 degrees C in non-proton organic solvent. R1=ester group (IV), carboxyl, or N,N-disubstituted amide; R2, R3=1-5C chain or branch-chain hydrocarbon group, halogenated 1-5C straight chain or branched chain alkyl, benzyl, 6-10C substituted aryl, 4-10C substituent-containing aromatic heterocyclic group, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, 3-8C cyclic chain hydrocarbon, where substituent is alkoxy , alkyl , ester , cyano, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, trifluoromethyl, substituted amino; R4 and R5=5-10C substituent-containing aromatic heterocyclic group, hydrogen, alkoxy, hydrocarbyl containing quaternary carbon, where substituent is alkoxy, alkyl, cyano, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, trifluoromethyl, substituted amino , 5-6C aromatic heterocyclic group, benzyl; and R6=5-8C chain hydrocarbon or 5-8C chain hydrocarbon containing heteroatoms oxygen, sulfur, Nitrogen.
