摘要:通过间苯二甲酸二烯丙酯(DAIP)和1,2丙二醇(PG)在二丁基氧化锡(DBTO)作为催化剂条件下酯交换反应合成了烯丙基酯低聚物光学树脂(DAIP-AEO),通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱图及凝胶渗透色谱对其进行了结构表征。DAIP-AEO与二甘醇烯丙基碳酸酯(ADC)共聚物的折光率、密度、吸水率、表面硬度和聚合收缩率与ADC相比较有明显的改善,但随着DAIP-AEO含量的增加,共聚物的冲击性能、耐热性能有所下降,透过率和黄度指数变化不大;当DAIP-AEO质量分数为80%时,共聚物nD20=1.56,YI=1.0,τV=92%(550nm)。
Novel allyl ester oligomer optical resin (DAIP-AEO) was produced by transesterification of diallyl isophthalate(DAIP) with 1,2-propanediol(PDO) in the present of catalyst( dibutyhin oxide) , and its stracture was characterized by FI-IR, ^1H-NMR and GPC. Transparent resins were synthesized from DAIP-AEO and its copolymer with allyl diethylene glycol carbonate (ADC). The homopolymer had high refractive index, low density, low shrinking percentage of polymerization, low water absorption, high surface hardness, but its impact resistance and HDT were lower than CR-39. The total light transmissivity and yellow index had a little drop, when the content of DAIP-AEO was 80% in weight, the copolymer had excellent optical performance,nD^20 = 1.56,YI = 1.0,τv =92% (550nm).
