摘要:从标准规范、简化设计方法和试验测试三个方面介绍并对比了关于压力容器与管道安定性分析与评估的主要方法,重点比较了近年来发展的关于比例载荷及非比例载荷下安定极限载荷的简化算法(弹性补偿法和非线性叠加法)。结果表明:与直接法和弹性补偿法相比,非线性叠加法具有较高的效率、精度及广泛的适用范围。该研究对压力容器与管道及其他结构的安定性分析和评估有一定指导意义。
Various design codes,simplified design and experimental test methods about shakedown esti-mation for pressure vessels and piping are reviewed and compared.The simplified methods developed in recent years,such as Elastic Compensation Method(ECM) and Nonlinear superstition Method(NLSM),for shakedown estimation under proportional and non-proportional loads are stressed.Results show that,compared with the Direct Analysis Method(DAM) and ECM,NLSM has better efficiency,accuracy and applicability.Some suggestions have been provided to improve the evaluation of the shakedown behavior for pressure vessels and piping.
