摘要：NOVELTY - Coal gasification system fine slag slurry dehydration and drying include entering the fine slag slurry generated by the coal gasification system into dehydration concentrating device for dehydrating to obtain concentrated fine slag slurry, heat exchanging waste heat resources generated by the coal gasification system with air, such that air is heated and hot air is obtained, entering the concentrated fine slag slurry and hot air into a spray dryer, directly contacting the concentrated fine slag slurry with hot air for heat and mass transfer in the spray dryer, and removing most of the water. USE - Coal gasification system fine slag slurry dehydration and drying (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method fully utilizes the heat resource, reduces device cost and environment impact, and realizes direct use of generated fine slag slurry. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Coal gasification system fine slag slurry dehydration and drying comprise entering the fine slag slurry generated by the coal gasification system into dehydration concentrating device for dehydrating to obtain concentrated fine slag slurry, heat exchanging waste heat resources generated by the coal gasification system with air, such that air is heated and hot air is obtained, entering the concentrated fine slag slurry and hot air into a spray dryer, directly contacting the concentrated fine slag slurry with hot air for heat and mass transfer in the spray dryer, removing most of the water, obtaining solid particle powder, and discharging dry slag at the bottom. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for dehydration drying system used for coal gasification system fine slag slurry dehydration and drying comprising dehydration concentrating device, which is a rotary liquid separator or centrifugal filter for dehydrating and drying the fine slag slurry to obtain concentrated fine slag slurry, air heater, which is a tube type heat exchanger or plate type heat exchanger, and spray dryer.
