摘要:决定螺栓法兰接头安全密封有三个关键因素:零件质量、法兰设计和安装。法兰安装的核心问题是合理确定和控制安装(目标)螺栓载荷,而安装方法是后一问题的关键。安装人员资质、紧固螺栓工具、法兰密封面和组对质量、拧紧螺栓方式和步骤等最终决定目标螺栓载荷是否确定、均匀、足量地施加在法兰接头上,从而有效地控制法兰接头的泄漏。
The safet sealing of bolted flange joints depend on three key factors, which are quality of parts, flange design and joint assembly. The core problem of flange assemblage is the determination and control of proper (target) bolt load, however assembly method is the key for the latter. Whether the target bolt load could act on flange joint correctly, evenly and with enough force so as to effectively control the leakage is determined finally by the qualified assembler, tightening tool, the quality of seal faces and flange assembly, tightening manner and procedure.
