摘要:以间歇条件下二次氧化法纯化粗对苯二甲酸(CTA)过程为研究对象,建立了溶解-结晶步骤控制下 CTA 纯化速率的数学模型。利用实验数据对模型参数进行了优化求解,并由实验测得的粒径分布数据对 CTA 晶体生长速率进行了估算。模拟计算结果表明,模型计算值与实验数据吻合良好;通过关联不同温度下的模型参数与温度的关系,得到 CTA 纯化的表观活化能为33.1 kJ/mol;采用固含率为15%条件下模拟得到的模型参数成功预测了固含率为20%和30%条件下CTA的纯化结果,实验值与模型计算值的平均相对偏差分别为7.2%和5.9%;估算得到的 CTA 晶体生长速率为0.0121~0.1162 nm/s,远小于降温蒸发结晶过程的晶体生长速率。
Purification of crude terephthalic acid (CTA) by secondary oxidation under batch conditions was studied and mathematical model for CTA purification with dissolution-crystallization control was established. The model parameters were estimated from experimental data and crystal growth rate was calculated by measuring particle size distribution of CTA. Model calculation results showed that CTA purification rate model fits the experiments well. The apparent activation energy is 33.1 kJ/mol and it was obtained by correlating model parameters with temperature. Purification of CTA with solid holdups of 20% and 30% are predicted satisfactorily by the parameters from that with 15% solid holdup, and average relative deviation of the prediction with experimental data are 7.2% and 5.9% respectively. Besides, CTA crystal growth rate calculated are in the range of 0. 012 1 - 0.116 2 nm/s, which is slower than that of cooling and evaporative crystallization process.
