摘要:以PEGDA(聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯)和PMMA-POSS(八甲基丙烯酸甲酯笼型倍半硅氧烷)为原料,采用UV(紫外)交联法制备了系列PEG/POSS纳米杂化水凝胶。研究结果表明:引入POSS后,纳米杂化水凝胶的SR(溶胀比)降低、力学性能显著提高;引入POSS后,杂化水凝胶具有更小的孔洞结构、孔隙排列更规整;PEG/POSS纳米杂化水凝胶具有良好的生物相容性和吸水性。
With PEGDA(polyethylene glycol acrylate) and PMMA-POSS(octamethyl methacrylatepolyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes) as raw materials,a series of PEG/POSS nano-hybrid hydrogels were prepared by UV(ultraviolet)-crosslinking method.The research results showed that the SR(swelling ratio)of nano-hybrid hydrogel was decreased,and its mechanical properties were obviously improved when the POSS wasintroduced into system.The hybrid hydrogel had the smaller pore size and highly ordered porous structures whenthe POSS was introduced into system.The PEG/POSS nano-hybrid hydrogel had the good biocompatibility andwater absorption.
