摘要:CH_4-CO_2重整反应可同时利用两种温室气体并将其转化成用途广泛的合成气,近而引起了人们广泛的研究兴趣。其中,Ni基催化剂因其具有高活性、低成本等优点而备受关注,但Ni基催化剂存在易积炭、易烧结等问题亟待解决,其中积炭问题较为突出。本文从CH_4-CO_2重整反应Ni基催化剂研究所涉及的反应热力学、催化反应机理、积炭形成机制、反应动力学等方面对重整反应近期的抗积炭策略进行了总结,概述了各类助剂对Ni基催化剂抗积炭稳定性的影响及研究现状,简述了该研究领域当今的发展瓶颈及今后发展趋势。
CH4-CO2reforming has attracted growing attention because it can efficiently utilize two greenhouse gases and convert them into valuable syngas with low H2/CO ratio.Ni based catalysts have been extensively investigated for their high activity and low cost,but they also suffer from coke deposition and sintering problems.In this paper,recent progresses in Ni-based reforming catalysts are summarized and analyzed taken into account reaction kinetics,reaction thermodynamics and formation mechanism of carbon deposition,with a particular emphasis over promoters and their roles.Finally,the bottleneck and future development trend of the titled reaction are briefly described.
