摘要:利用等离子接枝法对超高分子量聚乙烯纤维进行表面处理 ,在纤维表面产生活性官能团 ,并用紫外分析、红外分析探讨了纤维表面官能团的产生及变化。通过测定纤维复合材料层间剪切强度验证结构与性能的关系。
In order to enhance inter laminainar shear strength (ILSS) of composites, the proper functional groups were grafted on the surface of UHMWPE fibers by plasma grafting treatment. The produced radicals were measured by DPPH. The functional groups grafted on the surface of UHMWPE fibers before and after the treatment were studied by attenuated total reflection (ATR). The inter laminainar shear strength (ILSS) of the composites increased from 5.96 MPa to 17.5 MPa by plasma grafting treatment.
