摘要:显微硬度计是测量材料硬度的一种常用实验仪器,传统的显微硬度计一般使用测微目镜,测出一个方向上对角线的长度后,再手工旋转测微目镜到另一个方向测量。本设计利用.NET和DirectShow技术,开发了一种直接从CCD中捕获视频图像测量材料硬度的软件,使测量过程摆脱了对测微目镜的依赖,简化了测量过程,提高了测量精度。同时借助.NET对XML的强大支持,使测量结果和数据更易于网络共享。本软件的测试精度远小于所允许的误差范围,完全可以代替测微目镜使用,因而具有很高的实际应用价值。
Microhardness testing machine is a kind of normal testing instruments for hardness measure, and the traditional mierohardness testing machine reads the diagonal length of indentation and converts the result to a hardness value. Because diffraction grating can only read one direction of the diagonal length, investigators must manual rotate the microscope. The purpose of this work is to show a method, use. NET and DirectShow technique capture the image from CCD transducer,and calculate the hardness value directly through special image analysis technologies. Meanwhile with the help of XML strong supported by. NET, it can share the testing data and result more easily through Internet. As the experiment results shown, this approach is verified experimentally and found to be accurate, cost effective, expeditious and high application prospects.
