摘要:采用均匀配方设计法设计了无石棉胶乳抄取纸的配方,确定7个自变量以及在自变量范围内的12个水平的配方试验方案;对制备得到的抄取纸进行了拉伸强度测试,并用多元线性回归方法考察了拉伸强度与配方组分的关系;利用得到的回归方程对试样的配方进行了性能预测,且预测值与实测值比较接近。结果表明:有机纤维对拉伸强度的影响很大,随着有机纤维的增加,材料的拉伸强度也逐渐增加,特别是芳纶浆粕对强度的影响最为明显;填料对拉伸强度的提高影响不是很明显,加入填料后,制品强度略有增加。
The compound formulation of non-asbestos paper by beater-addition process was designed based on homogenous experimental design,and the product' s tensile strength was tested. Using multi-linear regression model, the relation between the tensile strength with component was studied. With regression equation, function rule that each raw material affects tensile strength was discussed, the product' s performance was forecasted and predicted value and measured value are in good agreement. The results show that organic fibers, especially the aramid alpha pulp,is the most important ingredient to affect tensile strength ; tensile strength is increased gradually with the increase of organic fibers; the fillers are not the obvious influential factor to tensile strength, the product' s tensile strength is increased a little with the increase of fillers.
