摘要:在无梯度反应器中研究了四川西南化工研究院研制的新型低温高活性甲醇合成催化剂XNC-98的宏观动力学。实验采用的催化剂为 5mm×5mm圆柱型催化剂。使用了幂函数宏观动力学模型。并用改进的高斯-牛顿法确定动力学模型参数,同时进行了残差分析和统计检验。结果表明,所得到动力学模型与实验数据吻合良好,可以为气固相甲醇合成反应器设计以及反应器数学模型提供理论依据。
The macrokinetics of hydrogenation reaction of both CO and CO2 of XNC98 catalyst for methanol synthesis developed by southwest research institute of chemical industry in Sichuan province has been studied in an internal recycle gradientless reactor. The size of the catalyst is 5 mm×5 mm. A power type macrokinetic model is used in this paper. The improved GaussNewton method is used to confirm the parameters of kinetic models. The statistic test and residual error distribution have been made. The result shows that power type macrokinetic models can suit for the reaction condition and provide the theory for simulating and be used to design the large scale gassolid methanol synthesis reactor.
