摘要:研究了碳酸二甲酯(DMC)与月桂醇(DoOH)酯交换合成碳酸二月桂酯(DDC)的反应,考察了各种反应条件的影响。结果表明,催化剂K2CO3具有较好的催化活性和选择性。在常压,反应沸腾,反应时间2 h,n(DoOH)∶n(DMC)=3∶1,催化剂用量为原料总质量的1%(wt),精馏塔板数为11块的条件下,碳酸二甲酯(DMC)的单程转化率为64.32%,碳酸二月桂酯(DDC)产率为58.99%,DDC选择性为91.71%。
A transesterification process for synthesis of didodecyl carbonate from dimethyl carbonate and dodecanol was studied. The effects of different reaction conditions were investigated. According to the experiment, optimum conditions were obtained as follows: K2CO3 was found to have high catalytic activity, atmospheric pressure, reaction time 2 h, n(DoOH) : n(DMC)=3 : 1, column plate 11 and O9(K2CO3) = 1% (wt). The conversion of DMC was 64.32%, the yield ofdidodecyl carbonate (DDC) was 58.99%, and the selectivity for DDC was 91.71%.
