摘要:通过γ射线辐照前后AFG90和E51 2种环氧树脂性能变化对比分析,确定采用AFG90环氧树脂为基体,微米钨粉为填料,由模压法制备了钨/环氧树脂复合材料,并对材料的屏蔽性能和力学性能进行了测试,结果表明:模压法制备得到的复合材料的弯曲强度随钨含量的增加增大,在钨粉质量分数80%时达到最大值142.4 MPa,随后逐渐减小。钨粉添加质量分数最高可达90%,此时密度9.15 g/cm3,材料的屏蔽性能最佳,对60Co、137Cs辐照源的线性吸收系数分别可达0.50 cm-1和0.86 cm-1。
The tungsten/epoxy composites were prepared by compression molding using AFG90 epoxy resin as matrix and micron tungsten powder as filler after comparative analysis of performance changes of two epoxy resins AFG90 and E51 before and after T- ray irradiation. The shielding and mechanical properties of the composites were tested. The results showed that the flexural strength of composites prepared by compression molding was increased with the increasing of tungsten content and reached the maximum 142.4 MPa when the tungsten powder mass fraction was 80% then gradually decreased. The tungsten powder mass fraction was up to 90%, the density of composite was 9.15 g/cm^3 and the shielding properties of the material were the best. The linear absorption coefficient of the radiation source ^60Co and ^137Cs was up to 0.50 cm^-1, 0.86 cm^-1, respectively.
