摘要：无论是从促进社会的文明进步还是从维护社会稳定的角度来讲,流动青少年的社会工作都是必要的。而目前浦东流动青少年工作中管理多于服务的现状更是对流动青少年社会工作提出了迫切的要求。文章指出了流动青少年社会工作的四个可能的途径:提高对流动青少年生存状况和发展需要的关注度;推动流动人口相关政策的制订和颁布;搭建信息沟通的桥梁帮助流动青少年了解公共政策;加强流动人口子女的学校社会工作。
Social work with immigrated adolescents is necessary for both civilization and stabilization of society. Current work with immigrated adolescents which have more management than service poses more pressing requirements on social work with immigrated adolescents. This article proposes four accesses in social work with immigrated adolescents： improving the public＇s attention toward life status and developmental needs of immigrated adolescents; forcing formulation and actualization of policies about immigrants; helping immigrated adolescents acquaint themselves with related policies; strengthening school social work with immigrated adolescents.
