摘要：在国内国际形势发生变化的前提下,高校就业工作呈现出就业环境复杂化、就业政策系统化、就业需求多样化、就业服务科学化和就业选择保守化的新特点,既给高校就业工作带来新的机遇,也给高校就业工作带来巨大挑战。高校要整合社会资源,通过转变观念、修炼内功、加强疏导和设立平台等措施,推进就业工作向前发展,实现高校的就业育人价值。
Since domestic and international situations have changed tremendously,the employment of Universities has shown various brand-new characteristics,complex employment environment,systematized employment policies,diversified talent demands,developed employment service and conservative employment choices.It is sure that these characteristics not only have brought new opportunities,but also have brought inevitable challenges for the employment of universities.Therefore,universities need to integrate the abundant social resources by reshaping outdated ideas,strengthening core competence and setting up platforms so as to make progress and realize the value of universities.
