摘要：利用h指数及类h指数,结合中国引文数据库和WebofScience对我国省级公共图书馆的学术影响力进行评价。提出类元h指数,结合元h指数对图书馆作者群体学术影响力进行评价。研究作者群体学术影响力与图书馆学术影响力之间的关系,结合作者群体的h指数分布,分析不同作者群体对图书馆学术研究的影响模式。认为标准化(h,g,R)指数及元标准化(h,g,R)指数对图书馆和作者群学术影响力的评价更合理,作者群体学术影响力的与图书馆学术影响力高度相关。
Using citation database in China and Web of Science,the paper evaluates academic influence of provincial public libraries in China with h index and h-type indices. It proposes meta h-type indices, and evaluates the academic influence of library author groups with meta h index. It also studies the relationship between the academic influence of the author groups and the academic influence of libraries. Moreover, according to the distribution of h index of the author groups, it analyzes the influence modes of author groups on the research of libraries. It shows that the evaluations of standardized （h, g, R） index and meta standardized （h, g, R） index on the academic influence of libraries and author groups are more reasonable. Moreover, the academic influence of the author groups and the academic influence of libraries are highly correlated.
