摘要：运用文献分析、逻辑推理等研究方法,探讨职业体育俱乐部慈善基金会发展的欧美经验及本土启示。欧美职业体育俱乐部慈善基金会的发展经验:现代慈善教育体系为发展奠定人才基础;政策支持和规范管理是快速成长的根本保证;科学的项目运行机制是高效运转的重要保障;持续推进改革创新是可持续发展的动力源泉。对我国的启示:加强慈善教育,建立与完善我国现代慈善教育体系;理顺管理体制,持续优化慈善基金会注册管理制度;保障发展权益,不断完善我国慈善基金会法律法规;增强创新驱动,逐步探索本土慈善基金会运作机制。
By using the methods of literature analysis and logical reasoning,this paper discussed the European and American experience and enlightenment of the development of charitable foundations of professional sports clubs.Development experience:Modern charity education system has laid a talent foundation for the development.Policy support and standard management are fundamental guarantees for the rapid growth.Scientific project operation mechanism is an important guarantee for effi cient operation.Reform and innovation is the driving force of the sustainable development of Enlightenment to China:We should strengthen charity education,establish and perfect the modern charity education system.We need to straighten out the management system and continue to optimize the registration and management system of charitable foundations.We must protect the development rights and interests,and constantly improve the laws and regulations of charitable foundations in China.We should also strengthen innovation drive and gradually explore the operation mechanism of local charitable foundations.
