摘要:介绍了国内外近年来在氢氧直接合成法合成H2O2方面的研究进展。从催化剂、工艺条件、反应系统3方面进行了系统的总结。重点探讨了Pt催化剂的活性态、催化剂的活性比较及合金型催化剂;介绍了溶剂和促进剂的选取及作用机理,考察并比较了溶剂和促进剂对氢氧直接合成法合成H2O2反应的影响;简单概括了反应系统的改进及新型膜反应器。催化剂中活性金属和载体的筛选及载体改性能有效地提高催化剂的活性和H2O2的选择性,选择乙醇等有机溶剂为反应介质能显著提高氢气在反应液中的溶解度,从而加快反应速率。
Recent progress in research of direct synthesis of hydrogen peroxide from H2 and O2 was reviewed. The synthesis process was summed up in three aspects, which were catalyst, reaction condition and reaction system. Active state of palladium catalyst, comparison of activities of different catalysts and alloy catalysts were discussed in detail. Mechanisms of effects of solvent and promoter on reaction were also introduced. Improvement of reaction system and application of membrane reactors were especially noticed. Modification of catalysts can effectively improve conversion of H2 and selectivity to H2O2. Organic solvents ( such as ethanol ) can increase solubility of hydrogen in liquid phase, and hence can speed up reaction rate.
